On Ageing
Beauty is not created by products.
It is the consequence of biology, discipline and time.
The serious practitioner does not chase results.
She builds conditions.
She studies. She trains. She questions.
She returns to the same principles, year after year,
finding in them something new each time.
Medicine taught me the biology of ageing.
Discipline taught me what to do with that knowledge.
Time taught me humility.
There is a quieter way to age.
One that asks more of us — and gives more back.
Ageing is not something that happens to you.
It is something you participate in.
Most of what the beauty industry sells is noise.
The signal is simpler, older, and harder to sell:
sleep, strength, nutrition, consistency, and the willingness
to understand your own biology.
This work is not about looking younger.
It is about becoming more fully yourself —
with every year that passes.
That is the practice.
